Look here is a good way to better your English (or any other language) skill:

Try not to associate English words with Mongolian (or Russian or whatever your native tongue is) words. Associate things with actual real life stuff. Take for example the word "Father." When you read/hear this word, try to picture your father, instead of thinking of the word "Aav" etc. Makes sense? This is how babies learn their first languages right?

The down side is that you might suck at translating between the 2 languages but it'll help you become a better speaker and writer down the road since you won't be thinking about stuff in Mongolian first and then translating your thought into English. That's why so many people stutter while trying to speak in a foreign language, struggling to find the right words for their thought.

Hope this helps!

No, not enough! It doesn't matter whether you're learning it 1 year or 10 years. Accent is one of the hardest to acquire, if you didn't raise/born/ or live long enough in the native country. I have a friend who came to the States when she was 14 and still has some accents (now she's 24). And I also have a cousin who only lived in the U.S for a year and now she speaks as if she born here (and she's eight). So the younger you are, the better you'll be able to speak without any accents. Good luck!
