Hey guys, i am improving my english skill as trasnslate a movie into mongolian, there is a problem during translation work which is "He has, moreover, chosen a profession, which best could be described as fast and loose, and which is known to operate at times on the very outer fringes of morality. So I would suggest there is a serious risk of his failing to attend the trial whatever conditions of bail are put in place." HELP ME!!!!!!

It is good that you are trying to improve your English. I marked sentences that have grammar or composition errors for you.
Quote:
He has chosen a profession fast and loose, and his profession operates at times on the outer fringes of morality.
fast and loose: irresponsibly, recklessly
fringe: border

What kind of topic will we talk about? Is the correct form....when asking questions the auxillary verb goes before the subject (in sentences it goes after). Unless you are Yoda then backwards talk you must.

guys have something to ask
whats the difference of these:
i have waited, i had been waiting, i was waiting, i waited
or just some of these are wrong? and how to use and under what circumstance?
for example: 2 years ago one band announced their next album will be dropped in 2012, but recently they disbanded.
so under this situation which one should i use?
i have waited that album for 2 years until the one member left the group.
is that wrong?

there is no right in wrong, at least to me.

i'd say i waited for that album. balalabla
but if i was like writing an essay, i'd probably put the "have"
more word count too ha

Translation:

"The dude is a hardass criminal, he ain't gonna come back to the court no matter how much money he paid for bail"

Now, you might not know this word "bail" so i'll explain. It's smth (usually money) people can pay to the court to release someone from jail, promising that they'll return to for trial. If the released person does not return to the court for the trial appointment, the bail money goes to the court. If he appears for all trials, usually the bail money is returned.
