Now I am studying (or let me say rusting) in one of Mongolian high education institution, which, according to them, is the best of Mongolia. But in reality it really sucks... MTS is even better than the high education institute.
To students currently studying MTS, I really want to tell you that "DO NOT STUDY IN MONGOLIA". Surely the foolish system of education kills your creativity and the aspiration to study. If you are sensitive to liberty and democracy, then it is even worse and you will find those institute like the prison of your mind.
